Open Healthread and go to Settings.

Choose to delete your account.

Export anything you want to keep before confirming.

Confirm permanent deletion.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your Healthread account does not cancel billing held by Apple or Google. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.
